The TMV CAPITAL group of companies, operating in the fields of investment, logistics, wood processing, and digital business solutions management, has been awarded the TOP EMPLOYER 2026 in Lithuania certification. This is the second year in a row that the group has received this certification, confirming its consistent efforts to create an inclusive, improvement-oriented working environment and a strong organisational culture. This year, along with TMV CAPITAL, JUODELIAI, ŽAIBO RATAI, JTIMBER, JCARGO, and TMV COMPETENCE CENTER, the certification was also awarded to the group’s newest member, JPACKAGING, a manufacturer of standard and non-standard wooden pallets.
Eglė Radeckienė, HR Director of TMV CAPITAL, welcomes the TOP EMPLOYER 2026 recognition and notes that the certification process itself provided the group with an opportunity to look at itself from an external perspective, revealing not only strengths but also areas where further grow this necessary in order to remain competitive and attract talent. The group consistently monitors changes in the Lithuanian labour market, reviews its remuneration systems, and invests in employee development to create long-term prospects. Despite market challenges, the group’s workforce grew from 800 to 1,000 employees over the past year, and internal career opportunities within the group, also highlighted by the auditors, help retain accumulated experience within the organisation and support the development of a sustainable talent development system.
The Top Employer certifications are awarded by the Netherlands-based Top Employer Institute, which evaluates organisations across more than twenty human resources management areas – from talent attraction and learning to diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being. Due to increasingly stringent annual requirements, the programme is regarded as one of the most reliable international standards of employer excellence.
